The​ ​majority​ ​of​ ​past​ ​8DP​ ​participants​ ​have​ ​done​ ​the​ ​recommended​ ​3-day​ ​"dry​ ​fast" and​ ​found​ ​it​ ​to​ ​be​ ​a​ ​most​ ​magical​ ​and​ ​rewarding​ ​experience,​ ​and​ ​surprisingly​ ​easy

5)​ ​After​ ​the​ ​8DP,​ ​is​ ​it​ ​guaranteed​ ​that​ ​I​ ​will​ ​stop​ ​eating?​ ​or​ ​will​ ​I​ ​become liquidarian?​ ​or​ ​just​ ​drink​ ​water?​ ​Do​ ​you​ ​eat?​ ​how​ ​many​ ​calories​ ​a​ ​day​ ​would you​ ​eat​ ​if​ ​you​ ​eat​ ​anything?

This​ ​is​ ​a​ ​popular​ ​question​ ​about​ ​the​ ​eating/not-eating,​ ​and​ ​so​ ​seems​ ​to​ ​be​ ​an important​ ​one​ ​to​ ​clarify.
First,​ ​we​ ​invite​ ​all​ ​to​ ​recognize​ ​that​ ​8DP​ ​is​ ​not​ ​a​ ​process​ ​to​ ​“stop​ ​eating”.​ ​So​ ​it​ ​is recommended​ ​not​ ​to​ ​come​ ​to​ ​the​ ​process​ ​with​ ​this​ ​as​ ​your​ ​primary​ ​intention.​ ​The 8DP​ ​is​ ​a​ ​profound​ ​alignment​ ​process​ ​for​ ​mind-body-emotion-soul,​ ​a​ ​chance​ ​to​ ​let​ ​go of​ ​uncomfortable​ ​information​ ​or​ ​limitations,​ ​to​ ​gently​ ​open​ ​ourselves​ ​to​ ​new possibilities​ ​and​ ​infinite​ ​gifts!​ ​When​ ​we​ ​focus​ ​our​ ​attention​ ​on​ ​the​ ​food​ ​aspect,​ ​we limit​ ​our​ ​perception​ ​of​ ​the​ ​countless​ ​other​ ​gifts​ ​the​ ​universe​ ​has​ ​in​ ​store​ ​for​ ​each​ ​of us,​ ​which​ ​may​ ​be​ ​far​ ​more​ ​important​ ​or​ ​significant!​ ​So​ ​to​ ​be​ ​clear​ ​-​ ​the​ ​8DP​ ​is​ ​not​ ​a process​ ​to​ ​stop​ ​eating,​ ​but​ ​rather​ ​an​ ​opportunity​ ​to​ ​deepen​ ​the​ ​flow​ ​of​ ​love*,​ ​peace*, and​ ​joy*​ ​within​ ​our​ ​lives,​ ​to​ ​(re)awaken​ ​our​ ​intimate​ ​relationship​ ​with​ ​the​ ​Prana*, returning​ ​to​ ​our​ ​most​ ​natural​ ​and​ ​harmonious​ ​state.

Every day in the 8 Day Process

Every morning 9 am we meet for a short chat, and then we will initiate the energy breathing practices of the day.

Every afternoon 4 pm group meets once again for the second session of energy nourishment and breathing exercises.

In between workshops/sessions there remains a lot of free time to allow the participants to experience the power of each session and integrate the many awakenings offered by this exceptional process.

Every night there is a sharing circle and some nights we have other group activities, workshops/classes/films.

Optional there will be one day of silence, and you will learn a unique Memory Reprogramming technique.

The gradual monitored 8 Day Pranic fast is as follows

A week before the Process the participants are asked to begin a living foods diet, this helps during the deep detox process.

-On the first day of the Process, we only eat fruits.

-On the second day just we will drink liquids and fresh fruit and veggie juices or smoothies.

-The third day we go on almost three days of water or dry fasting, accompanied with very powerful energy nourishment techniques – participants have the opportunity to experience energy nourishment in a 100% while dry fasting for 1, 2, 3 days, optionally depending each participant desire. Most of the participants enjoy very much the completion of 3 days dry fasting, while others may choose to drink water after 1 or 2 days dry fast. The Proces will guide you.

For the last three days, we will gradually reactivate the digestive system by drinking initially diluted juices and then gradually day-by-day adding more fruits or veggies to your drinks.


PRANIC FASTING IS A WHOLE NEW THING – The amazing breathing techniques of the process will energizeyour body to give you strength and confidence for an easy and effortless transition. The 8 Day Process is intelligent and body friendly, It will adapt to your physical needs to make the transition enjoyable.
